All UK shipping will be sent via Royal Mail (Track 48) or DPD/UPS shipping courier.

1-3 working business day processing time is applicable to all UK shipping at checkout. Not including weekends and public holidays.

Royal Mail Track 48 delivery – Targeted within 2 working days after processing although it can take 3-5 working days. (Exceptions apply for none-mainland areas). In very rare occasions delivery can take up to 10 working days. (Please read Royal Mail’s terms & disclaimer). We suggest to all UK customers to a minimum of 10 working days for delivery in any rare occurrence, before shipping matters can be taken further by us.

UPS/DPD Can take up to 1 working day to UK mainland areas, after processing. In any rare occurrence we suggest All UK customers to wait up to 5 working days before delivery matters can be taken forward by us.

ALL FREE Shipping will be Track 48 or UPS / DPD, this is subject to the order weight and our company discretion.

All EUROPE & Worldwide mail will be sent via (where applicable) Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or UPS. Upon delivery a signature is required.

ALL EU and Worldwide delivery as a 1-3 business processing day time. All shipping options for these are available at checkout.

EU targets to delivery in 3-5 working days after processing.

Worldwide targets to deliver in 5-7 working days after processing.

On very rare occasions packages can take up to 30 days for EU and worldwide
shipping as per Royal Mail’s & UPS term and conditions disclaimer.

We advise all EU and worldwide customers to wait up to 30 days for delivery in any rare occurrence, before our company can take things further.

FREE Europe and World deliveries will be Economy or UPS, this will be subject to the order weight and at our company discretion.

Due to Brexit, you may be charged import fees on shipping delivered outside of the UK. This is out of our companies’ control.

If orders are returned to us and if you refuse to pay, then will be charged the fees on your behalf. If this happens then unfortunately, we will have to deduct the shipping fees as well as the original shipping fees when we refund your order. Therefore, it is very important.

We advise all our customer to fully check and be happy to pay courier, import & taxes charges on delivery of your order(s), before you place an order.

DISCLAIMER EXTENSION

  • Processing/lead time fall under a 1-3 working day for all orders before they are shipped out. Shipping times mentioned above does not include this.
  • Email is sent automatically via text or email with All Tracking IDs. We advise to only contact us after the processing times mentioned above if tracking is not received.
  • Orders are only shipped on working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and all public holidays.
  • We are not liable for any delays in transit and if we shipped out within our 3 business days lead time.
  • If you receive an email stating Completed this means the order invoice and shipping labels are ready, and not order has been dispatched.
  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping service choice is up to the discretion of Cheap E-Liquid UK. We ship to only to the most secure and best service available, this is to protect ourselves and our customers. In general, any order over 2kg will be sent using UPS courier.
  • All orders are delivered specifically to the shipping address typed on checkout. You are required to give a full clear address without missing out any information e.g. flat, name, business in applicable. All customers have to make every arrangement to accept the package (s) upon delivery at the day/time of delivery.
  • Orders will be made only specifically to the shipping address provided at checkout, and you are required to type/input the full correct & clear address. Making sure you are not missing out information any information such as name, flat or business if applicable. Customers are required to make all arrangement to accept order at the day/time of the delivery.
  • In case of a missed delivery the package may be delivered to an access point or a particular deposit instead. Customers have to make the arrangements to collect the package (s), unless it is returned.
  • Tax and duty may need to be paid to accept the parcel for International customer.
  • At the customer’s request we ill shop to any international countries. Cheap E-Liquid UK will not accept any responsibility for seized packages by customs. For this reason, we strongly advise all international customers to contact us or leave a note with instructions before checkout.
  • Any orders/items that are returned to us by customs office we can only refund after deducting any postage costs incurred during sending plus any costs of return charge to us.
  • It is the customers responsibility to resolve the issue if the item/ order is seized by your local customs office. We cannot give any refunds unless the order is returned to us minus any additional return costs to us and plus the original shipping cost that we were charged.
  • We strongly adhere to any laws of the countries we do business activity in. All customers who chose to have their order shipped to a country outside of the UK, you are taking all the responsibility of your purchased goods/order. As a customer you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the laws of import of any goods purchased, and you are responsible to follow your local legislation and laws. On any rare occasions if our customers are let down by shipping companies like a Royal Mail, UPS and DPD Courier. However, we Cheap E-Liquid UK we will try our level best to resolve any issues where possible.
